Set yourself a run or walk challenge or ask your friends or workmates to join you. Once you've set up your page and event or endurance challenge you can share it with your friends and ask them to make a donation or sponsor you per kilometre.
Cycle, Swim or Gym!
Get a team together at work or at the gym and start your very own challenge. Whether it's cycling around the bay or around the block, swimming laps or getting in the gym to set up a burpie, aerobics, yoga or other challenge, we are here to support you! It's a great way to bond AND get fit with your friends at the same time!
