We're taking on the Variety Spin4Kids challenge!
The UTAS Sport and UniGym team are committing to a 5-hour spinathon, not just as a physical challenge, but as a way to come together through sport and give back to the wider Tasmanian community.
We’ve been inspired by the work of Variety – the Children’s Charity, who have been supporting Tassie kids for more than 30 years. Through vital programs and grants, they provide access to equipment, resources, and opportunities for children who are sick, disadvantaged, or living with disability.
As a university sport community, we see firsthand the power of participation, how being involved, included, and supported can change lives. This fundraiser is about extending that same opportunity beyond campus, helping ensure more young people have access to the support they need to thrive.
Last year alone, Variety supported over 26,693 local kids across the state. With your help, we can contribute to that impact and help reach even more children this year and into the future.
